Lillehammer Yoga Shala (LYS) Course Schedule:
LYS offers semi-private Mysore Style online classes via Zoom.
These classes are for all levels. You will learn Ashtanga Yoga the traditional way. One asana (Yoga pose) at a time. A new beginner´s first session may only last 10-30 minutes. A More advanced Yogi can expect a 60-90 minutes practice. This practice is for everyone, and your practice will be modified for your needs.
Practice from the safety and comfort of your own home without commute and parking issues.
